Renting out 5 bed fully furnished house in Melbourne

Hi, I am a 40 year old, married, mother of two living in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. We are taking off for the trip of a lifetime in a caravan around Australia in October this year (2010). We're contemplating renting our fully renovated 5 bedroom house out fully furnished and just wanted to get a feel for any international interest. We are 10 mins drive to the beach, 5 mins walk to the train station, which is half and hour train ride to the city and 5mins walk to a great shopping strip. We are spoilt for choice on fantastic primary and secondary schools close by. Our travel plans would take us away for approx 6 months plus and ideally would prefer a professional couple or family. We have been quoted $AU900p/wk unfurnished by a local real estate agent. Thanks for your time! Wendy
