Tour de Timor

I'm coming to Dili on Friday 9th sept. I'm going to do the tour de Timor . Does someone know where I could stay Friday and Saturday night before the race? I'll have my tent and stuff for camping so would just need a floor.
I'm working as a Physio at the darwin hospital.
