I got an offer to work in Port Moresby
Housing, electricity, Internet, TV, automobiles, gasoline, etc. etc. at the expense of the Company including the woman who cleans the house.
Apart salary I receive a budget for food, cigarettes, etc.
What do you think the minimum budget should be
Including at least once a week, some beer in a pub, etc.

If all that you have mentioned is covered over and above your salary then I dont think you would need much of a Salary to cover other expenses. Apart from drinks, there would be nothing much where you can spend money on.
