I am looking for a nice new apartment in town and was having a closer look at Ela Vista area. Is anyone of you living there/has friends to let me know if it super windy there and how the facilities are in general?
Yes聽 it is always extremely windy at this time of the year but calms down later in year. Depends on which lot of apartments you are in as far as facilities go but most have a pool, some have gyms.聽 Not all have lifts which is a pain. Security is good.
