Look Adecco, Manpower... also the newspapers Clarin on Sunday have the dossier for these classifields.
Buenos Aires Herald is a newspaper in english but don't have a lot of announces.

As in every country, with residence visa/work permit

Look the employment agencies and they will make u a test of English (to know your level) as the english is your first language and is fluid surely u will find something, maybe they can manage your visa.
It's very important that you visit the Embassy of your country, they can give u details of the next steps to follow.

And of course the newspaper on sunday, the most popular is Clarin.
