Permanent residency of Argentina

Hi all!
I hope all of you are doing great.

I have read on Wikipedia that all Brazilians can apply for Permanent residency in Argentina without staying there as a temporary resident of minimum 2 years.
My question is a bit different:
Is it possible that a Brazilian child will apply for P.R and then parents and siblings will apply permanency as parents and siblings are not Brazilians.

Hola, perd贸n por la demora, el ni帽o debe estar residiendo en Argentina para solicitarlo.
Y para ello debe tener adultos con papeles correspondientes que acrediten tenencia de el menor.

Like many times in Argentina it is common sense, but there is no such requirement in the law.
