First of all, unlike Permanent Resident Status, which can in many cases be a right, citizenship is always at the discretion of the country that grants it.

Brazilian citizenship is only available through naturalization to those individuals who already have Permanent Resident Status (except under exceptional circumstances). Unless you are married to a Brazilian citizen, or have a Brazilian born child you must wait for 4 years from the date that you acquire Permanent Resident Status in order to apply for Ordinary Naturalization. Spouses of Brazilian citizens and parents of Brazilian children may apply 1 year after the date on which they acquire permanency.

There are a number of requirements and documents that must be submitted with the application. Applicants must meet all the requirements, one of which is passing a test to demonstrate a reasonable level of fluency in the Portuguese language.

Dear James,
Are you a lawyer or an immigration expert?

James died several years ago, and so cannot respond.  The naturalization information he provided above is still accurate.
If you have a specific question on naturalization Brazil, feel free to post it here.

Dear Sir,

I am looking for an experienced lawyer in immigration and marriage visa in Brazil because some of my good friends are looking for an opportunity to get married to Brazilian women and to settle down in Brazil. Also, one of my friends would like to have more information about the investment visa in Brazil. Could you please guide me in this subject and provide me more information?

I look forward to your reply at early.

Kind regards,
Adam.

A lot of topics has been discussed about marriage, permanent residence and investment visa in this forum. Please feel free to research them. There´s a magnifying glass at the right side of your picture
to be used. The experienced lawyer - I will have to let our friends here help you out with that.

As Robal stated there are many threads on different topics.
As to immigration lawyers in Brazil, this is very subjective and can be costly.
Most information as to visas can be found on the Brasil Consulate/Embassy pages in "your friend's" citizenship.
Remember Consulates issue visas, but entry is governed by the Policia Federal. The PF has the final say as to entering, so obtain a visa is only the first step.
If your friends truly have partners they wish to marry, the PF has increased reviews of such. Many will find marriage in their country, then registar marriage at the BR consulate.
No guarantee, but some what easier.
