As everybody who's been here for a while knows, there are usually two ways to do anything that requires official action:聽 Brazil's way, and "your way".聽 Brazil's way, while it may seem counterintuitive, usually works -- but not always, and when it doesn't, it's not always clear why, which is understandably frustrating.聽 "Your way" almost never works -- but on rare occasions it does, so we have to keep saying "ALMOST never".聽

And some people will always try their luck, and learn by doing.
