Many Brazilian people dont know what is cricket?

I love cricket always. but dont get opportunity for playing Brazil.

Hi,

Brazil actually are ICC members.

I know of teams in Rio, Sao Paulo and Minias.

The rio team play at a polo club and meet in Copacabana regularly. I think its made up of Australians and Indians with a couple of locals who have learnt overseas or have mixed parentage. I must make contact with them, however whilst I live in Niteroi its a massive hike, plus I work in shipping so am not around enough.

Cricket in Brazil was bought over by the English in the 19th century, the Rio cricket ground ( Niteroi) is still there however only football is played on it. But you can still make out the pavilion and shape.

I honestly think I could play for Brazil if I was around more haha
