free or cheap master in Sao Paulo

Hey Everyone!

I am lookign for a master program in Sao Paulo in shipping or international business.I coul dstudy in english or portuguese. Does anyone know any cheap or free of charge university?

I m planning on starting next year Januarry or September 2014.

Please help!
