Unfortunately, I am soon leaving Chile, after being here for 6 months. Otherwise, I would have loved to meet. Maybe you can try the App MeetUp as well, they have some language meeting at caf茅es, and other different stuff.
Other than that, I found the Chilean very welcoming and interested in one's culture and home country, and they always want to try to go out different places with you to show you their city or maybe their hometown.
