When do the festivals take place? How long does each festival usually last?

What activities go on during the festival? Is it necessary to buy tickets?

The main festival is The festival of Vi帽a del Mar.
But if you are looking for a special and traditional parties that I think it is better and more people attends, the parties of national days (Sep 18, 19)
