Hello! Does anyone have experience with how to return an item purchased from Mercado Libre? I went online to find out and they told me how to request a refund, how to pack up the box, and emailed me a label to print and affix. But then...it seems that the "nearest" Mercado Libre outlet for me to bring the box to is in Piedecuesta, over 4 hours' bus ride away! So I started looking further, and learned that the box could be sent via Servientrega, as long as I had two labels printed. Then at Servientrega, they told me that one of those two labels had to have Servientrega on the return address, and a different bar code than the first label. How to get that? There is no phone number for Mercado Libre Colombia. So I sent them an email, but I am not convinced that I will receive a reply. Any helpful hints will be much appreciated!
