Which are your best tips to meet people and to make friends in Colombia??

I went to visit Colombia last month.聽 What聽 a beautiful country.聽 I visited聽 Manizales and met an American named Joe who lives there permanently.聽 He was a big help.聽聽聽聽 Bob

Making friends in Latin America is easy because everybody wants to meet you and practice their English.

In my experiences in Latin America in general, and this certainly applies to Colombia, Latin Americans are very curious about America, gringos, Europeans, etc.聽 They don't have the diversity / immigration that our countries do so they have a very different perspective about people who are different.聽 The average Colombian may not have come across a gringo in over a year.聽

Making friends is the last thing a gringo needs to worry about if moving to Colombia or Latin America in general.
