it all depends on where in town do you live
all of the bilingual international schools have a nursery
colegio nueva granada (american), colegio gran bretana (british), la fundacion colegio de inglaterra (british), colegio anglo-colombiano (british). If you're still looking for, let me know, as there are other smaller, less pricey and less snobby nurseries to be found out there, but the names don't come to me right now, so I'd have to ring up somebody.
