@Rwibutso Official聽 It seems that you having earned a diploma in the tourist industry in Rwanda would be, generally speaking, transferable to any other country.聽 You would, of course, need to know Spanish and English to deal with Ecuadorian and Anglo-speaking clients and you would need to learn about Ecuadorian history and culture.聽 However, I would also say that being a certified travel agent means that you are much more than an "unskilled" worker.聽
