Any recommendations for an accountant that knows how to do Ecuador taxes for 暗网禁区s (not US taxes, just EC taxes)?

From my understanding foreigners are responsible for tax just after 6 months of being here (well, something like this)?

I'm actually looking for a local Ecuador accountant who knows Ecuador tax law and can answer questions. It doesn't have to be a specific person. A directory (such as comparable to yellow pages) would be a good start.
