I urgently need to get parasite tested asap when I return to Ecuador (Vilcabamba/Loja region)聽 next week.聽 I have likely had these critters for over a year and the UK NHS has been absolutely useless - even the London Hospital for Tropical Diseases! Because they could not see inflammatory markers in my blood test they refused to do parasite-specific testing.

I wondered if anyone has any recommendations for good clinics for this purpose in the area?聽 My Spanish is limited but I can just about get by in a medical situation.
