Finally packing for my move to Tarqui (Close to Cuenca)
and would greatly appreciate if some one could give me and idea of how the shipping list is suppose to look like.

The more detailed the better. And translated into Spanish.聽 You don't have to go so far as listing 16 forks, 18 spoons, etc., but err on the side of giving too much detail.聽 The good news is when you unpack you know exactly where to find that wine opener!

I know enough that everything has to have it translated into Spanish, but where do we find someone competitent to do this?

About the translation you can do it once you're in Ecuador, you have to find someone with enough knowledge of English to do it in the right way.
