What recommends Guayaquil as a horse lover's city?
Hi all
I'm looking to relocate to Ecuador, but have yet to decide in which city I want to settle. My greatest interest is gaited horses (Peruvian Pasos, Criollos, Manga Largas etc.) and riding and training them. However I also love and yearn for a warm climate (round the year summer) which I understand Guayaquil offers.
My concern is this; is it possible/ advisable to keep horses, in the countryside outside the city, or would the climate be too hot for even indigenous horses; would it be too expensive etc.? Anyone into horses, and living in Guayaquil who can answer that? Any thoughts would be appreciated.聽
