Does anyone have a recommendation for a good english-speaking realestate lawyer in Quito?

I'm looking to buy a $250,000 apartment in Quio. I've read about some other's experiences buying property here in Ecuador, and the lack of escrow is terrifying for this much money. I definitely need some english-speaking legal help to mitigate this risk.

Also, I guess I should also hire some sort of inspector to check all of the engineering documents and physical property to make sure it's safe and that all of the electric, fixtures, plumbing, etc is in good condition. And to assess the value (not sure if that's the same person). The apartment that I'm looking at is on the top floor, so it's especially important to me to make sure the roof doesn't leak. I need a professional to assess the design and actual build.
