There is a low-cost government-supported clinic for such rehabbing in Quito named the Guamani Center.  According to FAIM -- the Foundation for Alternative and Integrative Therapy -- the Guamani Center has been rated the best public health-care facility in Ecuador for ten straight years.

As a government-supported center in a low-rent area of Quito, expect low rates and a much less sofisticado ambience compared to the Savitch center at the beach.  At Guamani, a taita meaning "father" or "healer" is typically in charge.

It's likely you may need a ³¦Ã©»å³Ü±ô²¹ -- the national ID card -- and/or IESS government health-care coverage to qualify for admission.  That could mean months of delays.  Or course, other than higher-priced private care, delays are likely at any of the dozen or so rehab facilities in La República.
