Does anybody know of shop in Quito where one can buy baking supplies for pastry & bread (bicarbs, flours, bran, essences etc)?

No they don't.聽 I am looking for a baking shop who supply ingredients for variety ingredients that is used for baking all sorts.聽 I did find a small shop but they don't have everything. Where do baker's buy in quantities?

On Nunez de Vela, across the street from Mercado Inaquito there is a baking supply store called Cocoa something which is dedicated solely to baking supplies. I am more than certain they will point you in the right direction.

To avoid any confusion, the baking supplies they sell are the non-edible variety, cup cake making thingies, and all that stuff.

Alright, to give a precise location, there's a Korean restaurant on the corner of Nunez de Vela, next to it is a vacant Korean mini-mart, and next to that is the Bakery Supply shop.

Let's know how it goes.
