Documents to get certificates / open deposit account

Hello, I'm planing to apply for permanent residency. Please help me with list of documents I would needed to get certificates and to open deposit account. Please add your personal tips and important information. Thanks in advance.

1. To get Interpol Certificate at Departamento de Interpol de la Policia Nacional

2. To get Record Certificate for Foreigners at Departamento de Informatica de la Policia Nacional

3. To get Life and Residency Certificate at Comisaria Jurisdiccional

4. To open deposit account at Banco Nacional de Fomento

The documents needed to open an acct with Banco Nacional de Fomento are:

Country's of origin ID, police report (which you'll use to apply for residency)

The rest of the paperwork might take you two to three days, do not forget you'll need a medical certificate from local doctor as well

Do you mean I will need Record Certificate for Foreigners at Departamento de Informatica de la Policia Nacional to open deposit account at Banco Nacional de Fomento?

Or you mean Interpol Certificate at Departamento de Interpol de la Policia Nacional?

I need precise information. If you know, please be more specific.

I mean "Police Report from your country of origin". Please note that it has to be either Apostilled or legalized in Paraguayan Consulate in your country. If it is apostilled there is no need to legalize it.
