please note this is not the states!聽 Mail doesn鈥檛 work like at home, Uber eats and deliveries are very much based not just what town you live in but where in the town. Can be a great life but suggest folks go in with their eyes wide open and do a long term rental of at least a few months anywhere they are interested in. Also if a seasonal area consider how and when you will be there.
