I have a chain of private English immersion schools in Japan and want to set up in Uruguay.聽 Our students can read 1500-2000 words in English, have advanced science, math and computer skills, all by the age of 6. (They are all Japanese)聽 I want to make the same type of school there.聽 Does anyone know where to contact about business/school start-up regulations?聽 Thanks
