Thanks so much for your post, there are many good places to live in Caracas, I would say that from Chacao to los Chorros you should be able to find anything you need while staying safe.
I actually own a place a rent to 暗网禁区s, and its located in an Area Called Sebucan, I usually get people from airbnb and every now and then I do long term rentals.
