Jason, My experience is that immersion is the only way to go. My wife and kids are bilingual so when I am out and about with them they do a lot of translating for me, but when I'm out by myself I have to make do and I manage even if my grammar ... Read More

Celia, I'm afraid as far as I know there are no English schools on the Island and in general very little English is spoken or understood, its all French (or Creole). Depending where you are on the Island I'm sure there are people on here ... Read More
