We don't have insurance either. Medical care is good and reasonably priced down here unlike the US. We have had 2 ER room visits that both included stitches. 150 dollars USD each. Those would have been 800-1000 each in the US. Read More

Chile is definitely more expensive for electric and gas. You have to be more efficient with your energy use. Wind and solar is more viable in Chile because of this, too. Water and tolls are not too bad. Read More
