a civil celebrant(no religion is involved) is authorised to perform official blessings for special occassions such as marriage, baptism, funeral etc:)

Hey buddy, have you had any luck finding a civil celebrant as yet?
This might be a far stretch, but you could try posting an ad in the Hurghada Classifieds >Community >Other, requesting one.
