Hello dear friend, in most banks to open saving account, you pay only less 1 us dollar. and i think dashen or zemen bank is best.

I hear Dashen bank is good, but I am quiet happy with Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.聽 The service is not nearly as good and fast as services with Bank Of America from my experience, but you will adjust!!!!
