hello im jd babe we are new in addis ababa, i would like to know if it is possible to send money聽 outside ethiopia? because somebody tells us that the western union here is only for receiving money. how true is that? please help us..thank you:|

Welcome to Addis Here is a small advise to you. Western union might not send money abroad beyond a certain amount but am sure they will do a small amount the best thing to do is to pop in to the closest one to you and get the right information or get on line.
Another thing you can do is if you have a credit card you can use it to transfer on line through money gram or western union or any other company or bank try this.
