The difficulty about employment in Kenya is obtaining a work permit. Unfortunately it's not just a case of getting a job here. You need to secure a job offer, then your employer must apply for a work permit on your behalf and as part of this process, must evidence that there is a lack of skills in your area of expertise.聽 Work permits are costly and applications often attract hefty bribes by officials.
