Currently looking at properties to rent in the above two areas. Which is better for families please?

Pros and cons for each?

Our kids are 9 & 13 and will attend Northfields.

@lisabentley1981 If you love nature and detest noise and the craziness in the city center that pointe aux cannonier will provide, Grand Gaube is a nice place and not too far away from the school.
