"The market has envision that there will be a tsunami of foreigners with huge bages of money coming down to Yangon.  The will outbid each other for the best properties in town.
Their companies will pay what ever sum is quoted.  And all will be rich within a few months, that what happened  to my friend's wife younger brother",  says the local Tai Tai's.

Nobody wants to miss the boat, this time around.
