I'm staying in GEMS now.
Overall the condo is properly managed with security system. And there is a nice swimming pool. You can Google some pictures about this condo. Also the British international school is just 50meters away, if that's in your consideration.
Not fully occupied yet and are mainly foreigners.
This place is like between airport and downtown. If you prefer downtown, this might not be your choice as it's a about 20mins drive (without traffic).
