Hello robwilks,

Welcome to °µÍø½ûÇø 1f601.svg

I have created a new thread with your post on the Philippines forum.

Hopefully, you may be able to gather some information on how and what you must do to stay there.

All the best,

Its easy  :) by you can get "tourist visa" extended up to 3 years, then you can leave for one day and start counting new 3 years. Many foreigners live like that "for ever".

In the long run there are other Visas, which perhaps suit you better, as e g 13a (marriage), SRRV (retirement) or SIRV (investors).

A short summary:

Foreigners can own condo, cant own land except partly through business.

If you want to start business most have restrictions max owning 40 %, but export business foreigners can own whole.

If you aim at working, thats a factor too when chosing Visa type. There are restrictions what foreigners are allowed to work with and often are work permit needed for internet work too.
