I'm Moving to the phillipines soon and planning to buy a house and lot in Davao. How much would renovation cost be,?

Firstly, unless you are a Filipino citizen or are married to one, then you can't buy/own land.

You can buy and own a condominium, subject to certain conditions.

You can lease/rent land to build a house on.

Your options to do what you are planning may be limited by the laws in the Philippines.
