There is no delay: The average processing time is 4 - 8 weeks, but some cases can take shorter or longer, depending on factors entirely out of your control. The key here is patience!

It is good that you did not resign from your previous job yet, as approval is never 100% certain (again often due to factors you cannot influence).

P.S. for me also it is 3 weeks. They applied on 10th January. But still pending. Although MoM asked for some additional documents from my employer on 2nd week.My company already submitted additional docs. Waiting for the outcome馃��

My employer applied my Employment Pass on 24 January. The status is still pending. I'll update if there is news. Hopefully everything goes well for all of us!

My employer applied my EP on 16 Jan 2025 (started showing as pending status) and still in pending status as of writing. Also, I asked the recruiter if there are notifications from MOM that the review process might be further delayed but they said none.

Hoping for good MOM feedback for everyone! Let's just pray for the best!

Asked for additional docs:22 Jan

Approved:6 Feb

Almost 4 weeks take.

It will take some time to show up online.

Wait for a few days. Eventually it gets visible second day but can wait for sometime

It can take a few days, after submission of the application, for it to be reflected in MoM's system.

But if it isn't shown a week later, then something is wrong - the employer should contact MoM to correct it!
