Employment pass application pending more than 2 months. Help?

Dear all,

Thank you for reading my post. I am a Malaysian, a fresh graduate. My company applied for an employment pass on my behalf on the 19th August 2014. Two weeks later, the status changed to "pending input from vetting agencies... expected outcome is 2 months from the Date of Application."

It has passed two months now. My HR has contacted MOM but MOM said they cannot review who the vetting agencies are.

What should I do? Has anyone experienced similar scenarios?

Hi,

Have you received any updates for your visa, its the same case for me also im still waiting.

Kindly update your current status so that i can understand mine as well.

Hi,

I received my pass today.

I think you should politely ask your HR to push for you, but also be patient and wait it out. It will take a while but the answer will come.
