Yes, but I believe MOM will still assess the merits of the company and yours.

If a company has 10 or fewer employees, it can apply EP. if the position is for a senior role where fixed salary exceeds $20k then the company doesn鈥檛 require post the job in job bank. Good luck

Smaller companies can employ foreigners on EP as well. But MoM will check whether they will also generate local employment (not only jobs for foreigners) and whether they can actually pay the offered salary.

My company only has 4 people here in S'pore. I'm holding EP and others are PRs/Citizens. Definitely my flexed salary doesn't exceed S$20K/ month聽聽 but you're right... employer doesn't need to post job on job bank.
