Hi team,

I am currently on short-term pass visit issued by MOM and the new company just got an email saying that workpass got approved. (Email is from Work Pass division)

(Background, new company applied for workpass on 28th April, received email that got approved on 8th May)
Does this mean I can use this for legal stay in SG and just need to go MOM for physical card?

This email is the so-called IPA (In-Principle Approval). You have to complete the requirements mentioned in it (e.g. medical check) and get the actual EP/S-Pass issued by MoM before your current STVP expires. After that, you can start your new job.

Thank you! my STVP expiring on 12th and still have to do health check today...
Will this be able to extend already since I have IPA and I am in Singapore ?
