I am Swedish photo journalist living nowadays in Florida thinking of moving to Sri Lanka and I would like to get information on how my pension will be treated in the eyes of the Inland Revenue in Sri Lanka if I become a resident. Is it exempt from tax or is there a percentage I麓d have to pay?
Sorry for the delay.聽 According to my accountant, you can set it up so that your pension comes in each month as your foreign income to qualify for the Sri Lanka Retirement Visa and it will not be taxed if you can sucessfully structure it that way.
