Three large questions:

Which bank in Pattaya offers the easiest process to open a savings account with an ATM card?

Also, of the Pattaya banks that might be mentioned, which one(s) offer(s) the best interest rates on savings or CDs or similar savings vehicles?

Lastly, based upon your personal experience, which bank(s) provide the most accommodating service to farangs?聽 I use the word accommodating because I know some banks are more willing to work financial issues with foreigners while others may be hesitant.

Stick with the three biggest and you should not have a problem
(Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn and Siam Commercial).

All three have web sites so check them out.
