Should security personnel actually provide, like...security?

Thaiger

I pay 200k a month at HAGL. Not huge but it it "security management fee"

So my helmet gets stolen in the underground car park with lots of cameras.

They say " lots of people come here, you can't possibly expect us to do our job/ provide security/ stop crime"

what exactly am i paying them for when they don't even bother to check the CCTV?

they told the delivery guy. You can't leave the beers here (next to the security guard office, by the gate)

because people will steal t again.

what exactly do security guards do here?  i don;t complain too much as they always collude with thieves to steal the foreigners bikes etc in china

I usually go for exercise at between 04:00 - 04:30 and I often find our security guards sleeping soundly on benches around the place.

Yeah...We stopped at some restaurant...when we came out...our helmets were gone.

THANKS, Security! Great Job! Keep up the good work!

Just keep in mind...they are not "security"...Just motor bike parkers. Once it's parked the feeling is, "I can forget about that now."

I've always thought it's strange that helmets were hung on handlebars of motorcycles all over the US -- outside of stores and restaurants, on the streets at parking meters, in parking structures of apartment/business complexes, etc. -- and I rarely ever heard anyone said his helmet was stolen.  Either American helmets had built-in alarm or no one wanted to mess with hog riders.  :unsure
