Hi

Please help me to find a good motorbike services, good in modification of motorbike like changing some parts or upgrading in hcmc mainly in d7 or d1 or nearby. Hope to find that can speak and understand english.

Can;t help with D7 but, couple of places in D1 that I know and trust depending on the bike.

Big bikes (600cc+)聽 Hien on聽 Nguyen Huu Canh

Scooters etc. KTL Technics brilliant and customising and modify bikes. Josh (owner) is American Viet, as such his english perfect.

i use them both for different bikes and different things depending on what I need.

I can also recommend Moto Hien, I bought my bike there and so for service has always been good.
