Go to a travel agent in Pham Ngu Lao area that uses Cambodian buses. They're not nicer than Vietnamese, but MUCH quieter. My wife and I rode a Cambodian bus to PP and back, and hardly heard a word from the other passengers the whole trip. OTOH, when we stopped at the border, a Vietnamese bus drove up, and we could hear the passengers inside from more than 100 meters away. It sounded like a rolling party.

Any recommenced bus company?

I think we rode the Mekong Express, because, as this link suggests, it was/is the best. It was about 3 years ago, so I don't recall for sure, but it probably was the one we took.

Mekong Express has a very good reputation, most of the buses have a toilet.

  In this case, not knowing what a non-windows machine is.  I was probably too smart-assed in my response (though technically it was a true answer).
