dealing with tax

I am looking for someone who can advise me on how I should deal with taxation in both Vietnam and Australia, this would need to be a professional who knows all the answers and has handled these types of taxation issues for Aussie people who are living in Vietnam permanently as of August 1 2015.want to get this sorted before leaving Australia

It comes down to you, are you a non resident or resident of Australia. You can do a check on the ATO to determine what your status will be.
