Hi there,

Im looking to relocate to Aruba within the next couple of months. I read online that Noord is one of the most affordable neighborhoods but I'm also interested in getting feedback on all of the areas that are most affordable, and that have the lowest crime rates as I'm looking to purchase a home. Any feedback is helpful. Also, any suggestions on the best real estate agent/agency who can help with my relocation, I'm currently in the US.
