@Julien

Bill here, my wife and I are loooking to retire in Aruba (November 2025). We will be in Aruba in a few days and would like to visit with the folks at DIMAS and show the paperwork we have in place to facilitate our move. Any advice folks can offer regarding the Residency Permit process as well as the ability to buy int Aruban Healthcare will be appreciated. Also, are there used cars available?

Thanks, Bill

We are looking to purchase either land or existing property in Aruba. It is amazing how the prices have jumped recently.

we are looking for total cost being $250,000 US dollars. Is this even possible anymore

any suggestions for realtors, builders or more is gratefully welcome.

thank you.

Greetings!

My wife, Pattie, and I have zeroed in on Aruba as the most likely "Plan B" should things go from bad to worse here in the good old USofA. We're planning a trip from here in AZ in late June to see if theory lines up with reality and am seeking a recommendation for a reliable Real Estate agent to start off on the right foot.

If everything works out, our aim is to obtain our visas while keeping our fingers crossed. But who knows, we may pull the plug anyway. As retirees with no kids, there's nothing that binds us here to begin with.@Julien
